Forsyth Public Library Needs Your Help!

As the Forsyth Public Library looks to update its long-range strategic plan, we are looking to gather information from community members about their library usage and ways that the library can better serve their needs.

This survey is available online at www.tinyurl.com/FPLsurvey24. You may also pick up a print copy at the Forsyth Public Library and the Village of Forsyth office.  It should take less than 10 minutes to complete.
